MARKET PLACE RETURNS POLICY
In order to qualify for a refund, all of your items must be new and in their original packaging (with original tags and manufacturer packaging). If you ship us any items that do not meet these qualifications, we reserve the right to issue a partial credit up to 50% of your total value.
Please read below for examples of proper packaging:
- Skates: Skates must be returned in brand new condition, including wheels and all manufacturer packaging. Do not place any shipping labels, tape, or other items on the skate box. Use an additional box surrounding the manufacturers box to ship the skates back.
- Apparel: Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags attached.
- Shoes: Shoes must be in new condition, returned in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not place any shipping labels, tape, or other items on the shoe box. Use an additional box to ship the shoes back.
- Accessories: They must be returned unopened and include all manufacturer packaging.

eBay Return / Exchange Policy:
Follow the steps for easy returns by going to your eBay order page:
- Start your return > In My eBay, find the item under Purchase history, then in More actions, choose Return this item or click HERE
- Once you’ve opened the return request, you’ll be issued a packing slip and shipping label. Pack the item and ship it.
Walmart Return / Exchange Policy:
