Placing a preorder?  Here's how it works:

1. Place your preorder and take note of the Estimated Ship Date prior to adding your item to cart (please note this is just an estimate). 

2. In order to reserve your preorder, you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. In the event you need to cancel your preorder and receive a refund back to your original payment method, please contact us directly.

3. Note that the Estimate Ship Date may vary due to the manufacturer, supply chain, severe weather delays, or other factors out of our control.

4. Email communication will be sent to you if any delays occur, so be sure to add info@skates.com to your contacts.
